Proven Leach Process to recover compounds
Our proprietary leaching methodology recovers gold compounds, along with other precious metals (if present), from tailings located in sediment ponds, mill, and mine tailings/impounds of former, or current, gold mining operations/fine mesh storage or historical mines.
Most testing methods do not detect, or recover, non-metallic gold compounds. This reclamation process method more than tripled the gold yield compared to another test on the same material that employed Microwave fusion (US Bureau of Mines method 6480) and Microwave Aqua Regis leaching/Inductively Coupled Plasma ICP from both surface grab and drilling samples at one site.
Standard gravity recovery systems lose these lightweight compounds often mixed with silica, sulfur, calcium, carbonates, or alumna. Flotation only works well with very high sulfide compounds such as Lead or Zinc Galenas.
This Bromide leach recovery process can be applied to tailings that likely contain up to 5 times as much Gold (in the form of compounds) as was extracted during the original, historical gold mining operation.
Useable forms of the following Materials recovered from the test site by this method include Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium, Iridium, Rhodium.
The process extracts gold in the form of compounds and was tested on a super fund site prior to it's closure and proved that it reclaimed 5 times the gold than other types of classic methods deployed on the same samples.
Originally the site was mined for Gold & Silver until 1930, and the test recovered remaining gold compounds as well as Silver, Platinum, Palladium, Iridium, Rhodium present in every sample.
The process is available for purchase to be used at will with no commissions on production.
Purchaser may scale the process to fit the volume and capacity of their operation. No guarantees are provided and are speculative. All Rights to market the process are reserved.
